For Victims of Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault
Welcome to Turning Point. Our mission is to provide programs and resources that enable victims/survivors of domestic and sexual violence to regain control of their lives. All of our services are confidential and provided free of charge. For safety planning tips click here.
January is National Stalking Awareness Month
A time to raise awareness about the impact this crime has on over 3.4 million Americans each year.
Three out of 4 victims are stalked by someone they know.
One in 4 reports the stalker used Global Positioning Systems or other electronic devices.
Stalking is serious and a crime in Michigan and all 50 states.

Turning Point is proud to present the Survivor Quilt Project. At our annual Take Back the Night March & Rally survivors write on swatches and attach them to “Jane Doe,” a blank and voiceless figure at the march. Long-term Turning Point volunteer Cindy Paparelli then transforms these swatches into beautiful works of art speaking many voices and experiences. Click here to watch video.
